On 08 and 09 March 2012 in Sheraton hotel, Sofia the13th conference “E-Government – From the National E- Governance Towards Cross-Border E-Projects” was held. The forum focused on e-governance in order to give real examples from the practice of neighboring countries of Bulgaria, to highlight the achievements, to identify challenges and to provide suggestions for overcoming them by providing an environment for sharing ideas, discussion and laying the foundations for real projects with objective results.
