Description

Тhe development of information technologies and Internet are the main preconditions for committing cybercrimes. Nevertheless, except with the provability of these crimes, there are problems with the definition of basic concepts with them.

Law and Internet Foundation assisted in conducting of six cybercrime trainings and four seminars for training of trainers for more than 150 judges, prosecutors and investigators from across the country.

Some of the topics discussed were the technical aspects of cybercrimes per se, computer related crimes, copyright infringements online, money laundering, etc.

The project is conducted with the financial support of Operational Programme Administrative Capacity, co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund.
