Development of the administrative services by electronic means, Lot 3 “Implementation of Priority Electronic Administrative Services of the Municipal Administration”

Law and Internet Foundation is a subcontractor of Sirma-Interconsult Consortium for the implementation of Lot 3 “Implementation of Priority Electronic Administrative Services of the Municipal Administration” of the Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications’ project “Development of the administrative services by electronic means”. The aim of the project is improvement of the administrative services for the citizen and for the business and improvement оf the satisfaction of the users by the possibilities of e-government.

Upon the implementation of the project Law and Internet Foundation’s experts will implement the following activities:

• Preparation of a legal analysis of the priority services and preparation of a report on analysis of the legal frame, governing the services;
• Supporting the preparation of optimized processes for provision of the administrative services by providing legal consultations and legal audit of the detailed working maps for the optimized processes for provision of administrative services;
• Supporting the preparation of requests for entering by providing legal consultations and legal audit of the prepared requests for entering of the electronic administrative services, the unified data and information objects;
• Preparation of drafts of internal rules, instructions and other necessary documents, regulating the realization of optimized processes for provision of electronic administrative services in the minicipality administrations;
• Supporting the preparation of a referent model of the services by providing legal consultations and preparation of a manual with referent model of the services with reflected specifications according the services classification.

The project is realized with the financial support of the Operational Programme 'Administrative Capacity' (OPAC), and is funded by the European Union through the European Social Fund.
