Description
On 15th May 2015, at the Municipal Administration – Petrich, Law and Internet Foundation and District Court – Petrich, organized a training on „Electronic signature and electronic document - procedural and substantive aspects” with lecturer Prof. Dr. George Dimitrov. The discussed topics were related to the legal effect of electronic documents and electronic signatures, challenges of electronic documents within the meaning of Art.184 of the Civil Procedure Code, probative value of electronic documents, objections and procedural means to certify the authenticity and correctness of electronic statements and the upcoming amendments to the Judiciary Act and the Civil Procedure Code. The training was attended by judges from the District Court - Petrich, Sandanski, Dupnitsa, and lawyers from the Blagoevgrad Bar Association and in-house lawyers of the Municipality of Petrich.
