Description
The project includes:
- drawing up a normative analysis on the types of legal frameworks in different European Member States and USA in the field of electronic governance;
- drawing up a normative analysis on the existing approaches and trends in regulating electronic governance;
- elaborating a legal analysis of the current Bulgarian legislative framework in relation to electronic governance;
- development of justified strategic documents for preparing approach in drafting of legal framework on electronic governance in Bulgaria.
