The project e-MEDIATION: The promotion of the application of information and communication technologies in solving international disputes was presented to students at the University of National and World Economy. Associate Professor Zhivko Draganov, Dean of the Faculty of Law, opened the event and outlined the legal interests to the more frequent use of this alternative dispute resolution method.

The discussions revolved around the nature of mediation and online mediation and the specifics imposed by the electronic environment, including the impact of the rapid development and penetration of digital technologies in everyday life, the increasing dynamics of business relationships, growing on-line trading, etc.

A comprehensive presentation of the activities of the e-MEDIATION project, the results, as well as the features of the electronic platform itself was made.
