Law and Internet Foundation, a partner in the TAF consortium, is awarded contract for the public procurement “Re-engineering of Business Processes, Development of Internal Rules for Document Flow of Electronic and Paper Documents and Implementation of Complex Electronic and Administrative Services for State and Municipal Property” – part of the Pleven Regional Administration’s project “Better Services through e-Government in the Northwest (NW), North central (NC) and Northeast (NE) Regions for Planning”.

Specific aims of the project are: improving administrative services and directing them to the user, e-government development in the regions and municipalities, provision of electronic administrative services related to the management of state and municipal property.

Law and Internet Foundation carry out activities related to the preparation of internal rules for document flow of electronic and paper documents for 12 regional and 74 local administrations that include among other the following: analysis for establishing the basic institutional nomenclatures, development of standard rules for internal administrative activities and internal rules of the 4 regional and the 4 local administrations Pleven, Gabrovo, Dobrich, Lovech, preparation of instructions for their adaptation to the needs of the specific administration, conducting of 3 trainings of regional and local administrations to bring the internal rules to the needs of the specific administration.

The project is realized with the financial support of the Operational Programme "Administrative Capacity", co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund and by the state budget of Bulgaria.
