Rosaliya Kasamska has completed a Bachelor’s degree in European Studies and then continued her education at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” with a Master's degree in Project Management. Currently she is pursuing PhD in Economics at the University of Finance, Business and Entrepreneurship. She has started her career as an intern at Economic Development, Projects, Programmes, Youth and International Activities Directorate of the Municipality of Smolyan (January 2013) and then completed an internship at the Administration of the President under supervision of the Advisor for European Affairs of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria (November 2015).

Ms. Kasamska has professional experience within a NGO that has realised a number of projects to boost employment and increase opportunities for development of public and private sectors; optimisation of social protection and reintegration of vulnerable groups in society; encouraging of civic education and supporting the successful European integration. Her expertise includes monitoring of eligibility for donor programmes, preparation of proposals and consultations on open and forthcoming opening schemes as well as implementation of approved for funding projects.

In March 2016 Rosaliya Kasamska joined the team of Law and Internet Foundation, where currently she is directly involved in the activities of the Entrepreneurship and Social Responsibility Department. As a Head of the Department she is in charge of various initiatives related to entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship and implementation of social innovations as sustainable solutions to problems for different stakeholders. Ms. Kasamska works in effective communication and partnership with numerous European and national institutions and organisations that implement activities in both private and NGO sectors.

She speaks English and has a good command of German.
