Subject: At the Round Table “Implementation of electronic document and electronic signature into the judiciary”, organized by the Supreme Judicial Council, an analysis on the current legal framework and the specific needs and requirements of the judicial system in relation to the implementation of electronic document and electronic signature into the judicial system, was presented. The event is part of the project "Updated information systems for better service. Legal framework of electronic justice", under the Operational Programme “Administrative Capacity”.
