Description

Law and Internet Foundation conducted a seminar for 30 representatives of the State Agency for Information Technology and Communications on the essence of the Electronic Communication Act. The discussed topics include:

  • European framework for e-Communications 2002;
  • New European tendencies in the e-Communications area;
  • Electronic Communications Act. Sector policy in the area of e-communications – goals and European aspects;
  • Authorities of the Chairman of State Agency for Information Technology and Communications in the area of e-communications. Interaction between State Agency for Information Technology and Communications and the relevant State offices in the area of e-communications;
  • Secondary legislation of the Electronic Communications Act;
  • Digital television;
  • Digital Agenda.
