On 14 September 2010, 10:30 am, in the conference room of Hotel Balkan in Chiflik, Troyan Municipality, a seminar for presenting the internal rules for organization of administration activity (turnover of electronic and paper documents) in the local administrations is going to take place.

The seminar is part of sub-activity 2.3 “Preparation of instruction for their adaptation to the needs of the specific administration” under Pleven Regional Administration’s project “Better Services through e-Government in the Northwest (NW), North central (NC) and Northeast (NE) Regions for Planning”, realized with the financial support of the Operational Programme "Administrative Capacity", co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund and by the state budget of Bulgaria.
The seminar is organized in accordance with public procurement contract with subject: "Re-engineering of business processes, development of internal rules for documentation of electronic documents and paper documents and implementation of complex electronic and administrative services on state and municipal property” awarded to the TAF Consortium on April 23, 2010 by Pleven Regional Administration.
The seminar is envisaged for 50 representatives of local authorities, target groups of the project.
The first part of the seminar includes introduction to the principles of e-governance and the use of electronic documents and electronic signatures, as well as submission of the standard rules for internal organization of administrative work (for turnover of electronic and paper documents) in the local administrations.
The second part of the seminar is provided for discussion of submitted texts for specific internal rules of individual local administrations.
