Description
Law and Internet Foundation shall implement Activities 1, 2, 3, 4 and 8 of Blagoevgrad Regional Administration's project “Strengthening the Effectiveness of the Human Resources Management in the Administrative Educational and Health Structures”.
The project involves conducting of two studies – a study on the effective management of the human recourses iand a study on the implementation of a mentoring relationship system in targeted administrative educational and heath structures. The studies results shall be presented at special events (roundtables) in the city of Blagoevgrad.
Following a selection among three leading European member states with similar administrative structures, Law and Internet Foundation shall specify an European country for conducting a five-days benchmarking meeting - a on-spot monitoring of practices on human resources management in the administrations with a focus on education and health.
The project is conducted with the financial support of Operational Programme Administrative Capacity, co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund.
