The final EN version of the E-UNITE Manual has been elaborated by the E-UNITE partner consortium and can be now accessed here. The online book will be soon available in all partner languages, i.e. - Greek, Slovenian, Bulgarian, Romanian and Albanian.

The partner consortium,formed by six organizations – Educational Excellence Corporation Ltd (University of Nicosia, Cyprus), Celjski mladinski center (Slovenia), Law and Internet Foundation (Bulgaria), Instituti per studime ekonomike politike dhe sociale (Kosovo), Asociatia centrul roman de politici Europene (Romania), HIGGS - Higher Incubator Giving Growth & Sustainability (Greece), has developed a Manual aimed at youth workers, designed to encompass practical advices and guidelines, highlights good practices and working models in the pursuit of network building and grassroots initiatives implementation.

The Manual is divided into several sections such as: quality youth work, fundraising, best practices on community-led initiatives promoting tolerance and diversity, examples of best practices on grassroots actions, network building and maintenance skills, mentoring and networking.

The online book is also a combination of theoretical approaches and methods as well as a presentation of best practices from community- led initiatives and grassroots actions from Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Kosovo, Romania, and Slovenia. The Manual also includes some further reading suggestions in case you want to explore more the presented topics.

The project is implemented under the framework of the European Commissions’ Programme Erasmus+, within Key Action 2: Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices, Action: Strategic partnership for youth.
