The first workshop under the ProLegis project was held between 12th and 14th of June in Bratislava, Slovakia.

The workshop was organised following train-the-trainer approach. To this end, 15 trainers from Austria, Bulgaria, Greece, Latvia, Romania and Slovakia took part in the event. The main goal of the workshop was exchange of experience and knowledge transfer on the key novelties for local public authorities in the data protection regime.

The workshop was led by Dr. Martin Zahariev (Law and Internet Foundation) and Dr. Christof Tschohl (Vienna Center for Societal Security). Dr. Catalin Dumitrica (National School of Political Studies and Public Administration, Romania) and Denitsa Kozhuharova (Law and Internet Foundation) also presented at the event. The ProLegis workshop was hosted by Comenius University.
