This book is the first attempt in Bulgarian legal literature to introduce one of the most successful models for practical training of law students – law clinic. In the present handbook the most important questions related to the creation of law clinic, its structure and functioning are examined. In addition, the fundamental courses that are studied are presented – professional legal ethic, getting interviews from clients, drafting legal documents, out-of-court settlement of legal disputes, etc.
