Prof. Dr. Dimitrov graduated cum laude from Sofia University, Faculty of Law (LL.M. 1995) and has specialized at the Academy of American and International Law, Dallas, Texas (2002). Holder of the prestigious Victor Folsom Fellowship, he has been awarded a PhD in Law at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium.
Mr. Petrov is a draftsman of numerous acts of primary and secondary legislation, inter alia the e-Communications Act, the e-Commerce Act, the amendments to the Cadastre and Property Register Act, a secondary legislation of the Electronic Governance Act, etc.

Martin Zahariev is a Trade Mark and Design Attorney at the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as a European Trade Mark and Design Attorney. He graduated with honors from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, Faculty of Law (LL.M. 2014) and now specializes in intellectual property litigation, domain names disputes, privacy and arbitration. He advises also in the fields of employment law and life sciences regulation.
Nikola Stoychev graduated from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, Faculty of Law (LL.M.) and now specializes in Telecommunications Law, Information and Communication Technology Law, Media Law.

Petya Peteva completed her Bachelor’s Degree in European and International Law at the University of Sheffield, including an additional academic year at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, and her Master’s Degree in Commercial Law at the University of Bristol, the United Kingdom.
Zhivko Zhelyazkov is a final year Law student in the University of National and World Economy in Sofia. His professional interests cover the areas of criminal law, EU law and administrative law.
Maria Stoyanova has a Bachelor’s degree in International relations from Sofia University. Her professional interests include international security, diplomacy, international law and EU law, cybersecurity and protection of human rights.
