On 25 May 2018 our legal expert Denitsa Kozhuharova took part in a segment on the Bulgarian National radio. She was invited in view of the statement of Law and Internet Foundation (published on the portal for public consultation on 14 May) regarding the changes in the data protection legislation in Bulgaria. Denitsa Kozhuharova outlined the main problems in the implementation of the GDPR in Bulgaria and emphasised that the protection of the professional secret may be threatened if the changes are adopted.
