From 6 to 10 July 2026, the TESTUDO partners met for the final UC3 trial, which focused on protecting critical water infrastructure.

The five-day programme included technical preparation, integration tests, trial rehearsals, the full trial itself and a final debriefing.

The scenario looked at how different technologies could support the response to threats against water facilities.

As a project partner, the Law and Internet Foundation (LIF) monitored and helped ensure that the trial was carried out in line with the relevant legal, ethical, privacy and data-protection requirements.

The trial was an important step in testing the TESTUDO system and showing how new technologies can support safer and more effective protection of critical infrastructure.

TESTUDO is funded by the European Union’s Horizon Europe Programme under Grant Agreement No. 101121258.
