Maritchkov is an Italian lawyer, Member of the Rome’s Bar Association, co-founder and partner of TMT - Legal, the first Italian law firm specialized in Technology, Media and Telecommunications. Graduated in Law - University of Camerino, he achieved a second Master’s Degree in Political Science with specialization in International and European Union policies - University of Camerino, and a third Master’s Degree in International Relations - University of Perugia, with specialization in Foreign policies and Globalization. He’s also attended a post-graduate Master in Business Law, a Certificate for Civil ad Commercial Mediator and a Certificate for Judicial Commissioner and Liquidator in Corporate Insolvency Crisis.
Sofiya Spasova

Sofiya Spasova holds a Master’s degree in European Law (LL.M.) with a specialisation in European Public Law and Governance from Maastricht University (Maastricht, The Netherlands), and a focus on Human Rights Law (European and International), as well as International Humanitarian Law. Prior to her specialisation in the field of law, Sofiya obtained a Bachelor in European Studies (BA) from Maastricht University.
