Our senior legal expert, atty. Desislava Krusteva gave an interview commenting the General Data Protection Regulation that entered into force on May 25th. According to her “the business but also the public bodies, have a problem related to the DPO profession, because there is a lack of experts with the relevant experience and knowledge on the labour market to meet the demand”.
