On March 6, 2020 the Executive Director of Law and Internet Foundation, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Daniela Ilieva and the Chairperson Prof. Dr. George Dimitrov participated in Horizon Europe Program conference at the Varna Economics University. The conference was attended by Commissioner Maria Gabriel, MEP Emil Radev, Deputy Prime Minister Tomislav Donchev, the Chairman of the Fund of Funds Martin Danovski, Deputy Minister of Education Karina Angelieva, deputies, representatives of the central and local government, academia, business and NGO sector representatives.
Based on a review of Bulgaria's participation in the Horizon 2020 Framework Program for the period until the end of 2019, the Science Directorate at the Ministry of Education and Science presented certificates during a ceremony. Law and Internet Foundation has been honored for the successful implementation of Horizon 2020 FP projects in the field of ICT and digitalization.
