We are excited to announce the final conference meeting of the DISRUPT project, which will take place on March 18th, 2025 in Malta, Urban Valley Hotel. This significant event marks the culmination of our efforts to enhance digital-led investigations, prosecutions, and judicial responses to dismantle trafficking chains of children.

The DISRUPT project has focused on improving investigations, prosecutions, and judicial responses based on digital evidence in the area of child trafficking. With the rise in technology-facilitated trafficking, particularly in the context of sexual exploitation of children, our project has aimed to develop innovative solutions to overcome these challenges.

During the final conference, we will present the outcomes of our project, including the innovative use of digital evidence to increase the capabilities of digital-evidence-based investigations and prosecutions. We will also discuss the project's impact on judicial responses in the area of trafficking of human beings. And will address a multitude of topics from digital policing to digital forensics, admissibility of digital evidence, the trafficking-smuggling nexus, victim-centric approaches, protection mechanisms and many more.

If you are working in the field of human trafficking, are interested in learning how best to collect, analysis and use digital evidence, we invite you to join us for this important event.
