This webinar, organised under the DISRUPT project, focuses on the critical issue of (youth) trafficking for sexual purposes within digital environments. The event aims to equip professionals with the necessary knowledge and tools to gain a better understanding of trafficking in a digital context, as well as how to respond through a victim-centric approach. The session will delve into the impact of trafficking on youth victims, the methods commonly employed by traffickers, and strategies for responding through a victim-centric way. The webinar will feature presentations from speakers with various backgrounds, including medical, academic and victim support perspectives. The event will conclude with a Q&A session to engage directly with experts in the field.
