E-PROTECT II Webinar: Procedural safeguards in approaching children victims

We are pleased to announce another insightful webinar in "Procedural safeguards in approaching children victims"

The event will be held online via ZOOM (link to the event https://zoom.us/j/95985247288) on 04/02/2021 at 10:00am CET.

The Romanian Centre for European policies, together with the consortium of the E-PROTECT II project, is delighted to invite you to the online event “Procedural safeguards in approaching child victims”.

During the webinar we will discuss the importance of procedural safeguards in the individual assessment related to child protective services, based on our already developed methodology, with an accent on the right to information and on court assistance. Also, we will discuss about the child's right to be informed, transparency and privacy during the legal process.

The E-PROTECT II project is implemented by five organisations from four-member states - Bulgaria, Italy, Greece and Romania, under the coordination of Law and Internet Foundation. These organisations were brought together by their desire to combine their efforts and contribute to an improved understanding on the children rights in the EU.
