We are thrilled to unveil the very first international capacity building event under the INCEPT project, a unique and dynamic gathering set to take place on the 7th of October in the vibrant city of Sofia, Bulgaria. As the proud coordinator of the INCEPT project, the Law and Internet Foundation will have the honour of hosting this milestone event, which promises to be a key moment in fostering cross-border collaboration in the realm of telecommunication interception.

This landmark event will bring together a diverse group of stakeholders from across the European Union, including legal practitioners, law enforcement authorities, policymakers, academics, and technical experts. By convening voices from multiple disciplines and jurisdictions, the event aims to create an open and forward-looking space for dialogue, exchange of best practices, and joint problem-solving.

The core objective of the event is to explore innovative, transnational solutions to the increasingly complex challenges posed by telecommunication interception, particularly in the context of the European Investigation Order (EIO). Through a carefully curated training programme, participants will engage in in-depth discussions and hands-on sessions designed to deepen their understanding of both the legal frameworks and the technical intricacies involved.

With its strong emphasis on a multidisciplinary approach, this capacity building event seeks not only to enhance practical competencies but also to foster long-term collaboration across borders. Whether you are a seasoned professional or an emerging expert in the field, this will be a priceless opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, gain valuable insights, and contribute to shaping the future of judicial cooperation in Europe.
