On December 18th and 19th, 2024, Law and Internet Foundation, represented by Kristina Isakzay, participated in the MaaSAI Project Kick-Off Meeting in Thessaloniki, Greece, hosted by the Centre for Research & Technology Hellas (CERTH), the project’s coordinator. This meeting marked the start of an ambitious initiative to advance Agile Manufacturing as a Service through AI and Autonomous Agents.
As the legal and ethical partner, we joined other project stakeholders to lay the foundation for MaaSAI’s success. Our role is to ensure the project aligns with EU regulations and addresses ethical considerations in AI and autonomous systems. During the meeting, we contributed to discussions on data security, privacy, and ethical frameworks—key components of MaaSAI’s mission to create secure and innovative manufacturing solutions.
This kick-off not only launched the project but also reinforced our commitment to providing strong legal and ethical guidance. We look forward to working closely with all partners to shape the future of agile manufacturing and achieve the project’s ambitious objectives.
Stay tuned for updates on MaaSAI’s progress and our role in its exciting activities and milestones!
