Description
National Conference entitled “The Road to e-Municipality – the Digital City” under the aegis of Sofia Municipality and with the support of the National Association of Municipalities in the Republic of Bulgaria was held by Law and Internet Foundation.
For managing with the problems arising in the everyday services it is needed more than just introduction of new measures, legislation acts and strategies . Therefore the real challenge is in the initiatives for transformation towards faster and more transparent management and administration processes with the aim to decrease costs and increase the trust between the institutions and citizens.
Leading experts and guests from the EU Member states attended the conference and discussed best solutions for effective implementation of the new technologies in administrative services towards the businesses and citizens.
