Description

The services provided under the contract include the provision of legal advice and opinions on matters in the field of public procurement to a leading Bulgarian software company developing complex IT solutions: development and implementation of information systems and specialized software, consulting services and trainings.

Law and Internet Foundation’s Team carries out the following activities:

  • provision of verbal and written consultations on the implementation of the Public Procurement Act;
  • provision of administrative and legal services in relation to the overall organization of the contractor’s offers under public procurement procedures;
  • preparation of tenders;
  • preparation of the contractor’s technical and price offers, incl. market and legal analyses.
