Foundation "European Software Institute - Eastern Center Europe" (ESI CEE) supports the development of the information society and the higher competitiveness of the ICT industry in Bulgaria and Eastern Europe, by organizing, implementing and supporting projects related to information technology and the improvement of management processes and quality systems in software production. The subject of activity of The Foundation includes the creation and dissemination of knowledge, methodologies and technologies to support the construction of competitive business models and increasing readiness for certification according to globally recognized standards, organization of specialized trainings for improvement of management skills for the needs of individuals and legal entities, as well as general trainings in computer literacy to increase the application of information technologies in all spheres of social and cultural life of the country, carrying out research and development activities in the field of information and management technologies.
