The project consists of:
• development of a plan for bringing the organization of the Financial Supervision Council to the requirements of the electronic governance with accordance to the Electronic Governance Act, transition to electronic document flow, re-engineering of the internal business processes and undertaking of relevant technological, organizational, logistic, educational, financial and legal measures;
• drafting a proposal for amendments to the Regulation of Organisational and Operational Structure of the Financial Supervision Council for reconciling it with the Financial Supervision Commission Act; and
• drafting a proposal for amendments to the internal organizational documents that determine the requirements, the code of conduct and the professional ethic standards of the Commission’s officers.
