Attorney Gergana Varbanova has а PhD degree in civil and family law.She is a representative for industrial property before the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria.Arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration at the Bulgarian Industrial Association.She has extensive experience in the field of information technology law, as well as in the field of commercial and company law.She participated as an expert in working groups at the National Assembly.Mrs.Varbanova is author of the monograph "Legal regime of electronic documents", as well as numerous publications in specialized scientific publications in the field of information technology law and the application of electronic documents in civil and commercial transactions.
Gergana Varbanova is honorary assistant at the University of Economics - Varna and at the University of National and World Economy - Sofia.Regular lecturer at the "Krastyu Tsonchev" Lawyer Training Center. She is a member of various professional legal organizations of local and international importance such as: Digital law association, ArbitralWoman, the Council of the Varna Bar Association as well as part of the editorial team of The Journal of digital technologies and law.
