Description
The project includes the development of "Instruction for keeping, storing and accessing the register of registers and data" and "Instruction for elaboration of internal rules for regulation of specific administrative activities".
The conducted activities include:
- Identification of objects that should be entered in the register of registers and data in compliance to the e-Governance model of data and the requirements for entering certain circumstances for everyone of these objects;
- Drafting “Instruction for keeping, storing and accessing the register of registers and data” in accordance with the e-Governance Act and its secondary legislation;
- Identification of common requirements for internal rules for regulation of the specific administrative activities and unification of their description and control;
- Drafting “Instruction for elaboration of internal rules for regulation of specific administrative activities” in accordance with the e-Governance Act and its secondary legislation.
