The Law and Internet Foundation is pleased to announce an upcoming one-day specialised training organised within the framework of the INCEPT project, focusing on the European Investigation Order (EIO) with particular emphasis on telecommunications interception.

The training is designed for judges, prosecutors, lawyers, and investigators and aims to strengthen the effective application of the EIO through:

  • exchange of good practices;
  • discussion of practical and real-life cases;
  • in-depth insight into the legal, technical, and procedural aspects of telecommunications interception;
  • enhanced cooperation among key stakeholders involved in cross-border investigations.

As part of the INCEPT project, a practical guide and methodology are being developed to support legal professionals in their daily work and in handling complex transnational cases.
