Description
Drafting and accepting of an Electronic Communications Act is connected with the implementation of the so called new electronic communications framework, working in the EU Member States. Under the project a report and a harmonogram were elaborated regarding the conformity of the e-Communications Act and the European legal framework in the sector. Law and Internet Foundation's team participated and contributed to the activities of the working group of the Ministry of Transport and Communications, currently called Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications.
