On 28th of January, 2009, a round table on the topic "Prevention and combating financial transactions forgery" was held. It was organized by the Bulgarian National Consumer Association (BNCA).
The round table is organized in connection with project financed by the European Commission’s General Directorate "Justice", programme "Prevention and Fight against Fraud".
The project is coordinated by the Spanish Consumer Organization of Financial and Insurance Services, ADICAE, in partnership with organizations from Italy, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania, and Bulgaria.
Special guests of the event were Dr. George Dimitrov from Law and Internet Foundation and Catalin Grigoras, Romanian Expert on Financial Fraud.
