Training and Consulting on Issues Related to the Implementation of the Cadastre and Property Register Act

The underlying purpose of the project is consulting and instructing officials of the Registry Agency, real estate register officials, as well as notaries, Ministry of Justice officials, bank officials, etc. on the issues related to the implementation of the Cadastre and Property Register Act.
During the implementation of the project, 830 officials dealing with the land registry were instructed. The trainings include instructions on how to apply corresponding procedures of the Cadastre and Property Register Act and the secondary legislation on its implementation, usage of software products for land registration, and rules on the electronic document flow in the Registry Agency.
