Subject: Presentation of detailed theoretical background on the topics of article 101 and article 102 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and Regulation 1/2003 as well as case-studies and discussions on the enforcement of the EU Competition law regarding anticompetitive agreements (cartels, concentrations and other collusive practices), abuse of market power, the role of national courts in the enforcement of Articles 101 and 102 of TFEU and cooperation with EC Commission and other national courts.
