UP2030 - Report on monitoring, evaluation and KPI validation in the 5UP-approach implementation pilots 1 (D4.4)
/ Resources / Reports
The UP2030 project utilises Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess actions in pilot cities, aiming to achieve a shared vision. This involves identifying, measuring, and monitoring these KPIs to gauge progress and impact. The process starts with pilot visions, aligning KPIs with objectives for a meaningful assessment. Data collection and analysis are critical for quantifying KPIs, with 15 Core KPIs identified to reflect the project's ambitions. The deliverable outlines KPI identification, pilot profiling, KPI list, data requirements, and dissemination strategies. KPIs are essential for monitoring project progress, aiding decision-making, and ensuring alignment with objectives. They measure progress, support decisions, promote accountability, and drive improvement, bridging the gap between strategy and operation.
