Аtty. Desislava Krusteva, a senior legal expert at Law and Internet Foundation, was one of the speakers during the 13th Summer School on European ICT and IP Law in Austria. Atty. Krusteva gave a presentation on profiling of persons under the GDPR, explaining also the particularities of automated decision-making and the complications under the new EU data protection legislation in that respect. The Summer Schools is organised by the European Academy of Law and ICT which emerged from a common initiative of multiple universities in Austria, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany. Atty. Krusteva was invited as one of the leading international experts on data protection.
