Under the framework of the LEAGUE (Limiting online sexual Exploitation and Abuse Gender based on Underaged boys by Educating experts) project, which is going to be implemented with the support of the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV) Programme (2021-DAPHNE), of the European Commission, Law and Internet Foundation, invites you to submit your application for the role of external evaluator.
The external evaluator monitors the implementation of the project in order to assess its impact. To this end, he/she shall participate in the project’s events and meetings, shall prepare impact assessment reports and shall provide feedback to the partners to guarantee the smooth running of the project. In particular, the role of external evaluator encompassed the following:
- to guarantee an external evaluation and an independent assessment of the project progress and results.
- will carry out an independent assessment of the envisaged deliverables, as well as their applicability and further exploitation, and verify the quality of activities and results implemented.
- He/she will not take part in any of the project activities in order to ensure his/her autonomy.
- The overall evaluation will be based on analysis of the project outputs; observation of interactions during project activities; surveys of personnel from partner organisations; evaluation forms from participants in the external project events.
- The External Evaluator will assess the impact of WP2, WP3, and WP4 in terms of the achievement of LEAGUE Goals. The data will be analysed and relayed to the Coordinator at appropriate intervals as an addiction to the monitoring function. Monitoring implemented by the evaluator will be in constant correlation, guaranteeing the project is predictable and successful.
Expected results (deliverables) to be produced by the external evaluator:
- an Evaluation Strategy (M2) in collaboration with the coordination team and the other partners
- Interim External Evaluation Report- reflects the progress of the project, prepared by the External Evaluator (M13)
- the Final External Evaluation Report- The External evaluator will produce the Final External Evaluation Report which will provide an independent assessment on the project results and finance
The evaluator should meet the following criteria:
- Master’s degree in relevant educational field (Economics, Humanitarians, Administration).
- Minimum 2 year-experiences in evaluation activities.
- Fluency in English language (both speaking and writing)
- Has not been the subject of a judgment which has the force of res judicata.
- At the moment of contracting, he/she is not in employment relationships with any of the LEAGUE partners and has not been in such at least a year prior to concluding the external evaluation contract.
