The International Data Protection Conference, organised by the CONSENT consortium and Babes-Bolyai University will take place in Cluj-Napoca, Romania on 6 and 7 September, 2012.
One objective of the CONSENT project is to prepare policy briefs and recommendations for the European Commission and the European Parliament. This Conference is intended to enable stakeholders to participate and to contribute to this policy preparation process.
Keynote speakers, several leading social network and other on-line service providers from all around the world are invited to attend the Conference.
As agreed by Steering Committee responsible for organizing the Cluj-Napoca Conference, the deadline for submitting an extended abstract was extended to June 30.
