In almost every country – Member States of the European Union, systems for company registration are introduced or are in process of being introduced, which significantly ease the beginning and performance of commercial activities, access and dissemination of information. The common between them, and this is what allows this goal to be accomplished, is the existence of uniform and centralized databases, which allows for exchange of information in different forms, including electronic and though the Internet.
