Law and Internet Foundation’s Team carried out the following activities under the project:

  • Development of a detailed legal analysis of existing legislation and in particular the existence, structure and functions of the Central Pledge Registry and its services in the context of the introduction of electronic administrative services;
  • Preparation of recommendations for legislative amendments for the purposes of the development of electronic administrative services.
