Drafting the Ordinance pursuant to art. 292 of the e-Communications Act for the extent, location and specific regime of exercising easement for various types of e-communications networks and facilities. Tables containing comments on the acceptability of legal opinions on draft legislation pursuant to the e-Communications Act as well as detailed justification of rejected opinions have been drawn.
