Law and Internet Foundation through its Center for Law of the ICT (CLICT) developed a draft document named Ordinance for Keeping Records under Art. 147 of the Bar Act pursuant to Art. 280 of the Obligations and Contracts Act and that of Art. 147, 148 and 149 of the Bar Act.
