E-PROTECT II - 4 Twinning Visits: Albania, Portugal, Hungary and Sweden (D2.9)
/ Resources / Reports
Twinning Visits between the partner countries of E-PROTECT II and other European countries have the main objective to promote the child-centred approach and guiding principles of the methodology developed during the first project phase and encourage its application in countries other than the ones involved in the current project. Thus, the organisation of such visits actively contributes to the European added value of the project.
In particular, the specific objectives of the Twinning Visits are to:
- Provide opportunities to present in detail the Individual Assessment Methodology (IAM) developed in the first phase of the project E-PROTECT;
- Exchange with state officials, professionals and practitioners working on the themes of the IAM and identify promising practices in each of the countries involved;
- Understand how the contents and principles of the IAM are applied in other countries and in different settings, and
- Inspire new practices aimed at reinforcing the implementation of Directive 29/2012/EU
