The Military Academy (AM) has the mission to train Officers destined to the permanent staff of the Army and the National Republican Guard, enabling them to perform the functions that are statutorily entrusted to them, confer the appropriate skills to fulfill the missions of the Army and GNR and promote individual development for the exercise of command, direction and leadership functions. AM develops, within the scope of scientific, military and behavioral training, a wide range of activities that aim to support students in the identification and acceptance of the culture and framework of values institutionally established by the Army and the GNR. In this way, it practices, instills, develops and consolidates in students specific and indispensable timeless principles of their vocation.
