Description
The overall objective of the consultancy is to support the preparation of a feasibility study for the identification of technical interoperability in Montenegro, which would improve interoperability readiness and will be a significant step towards the creation of the economy level accepted eID scheme.
The role of Law and Internet Foundation has been to identify a list of technical standards which can be implemented and serve the public sector/ public administration bodies as a framework in the process of achieving technical interoperability, as well as cross-border data exchange and provision of public services, taking into account best practices and standards recognised in the EU.
