Functional Analysis of the Administration of the Commission for Personal Data Protection

Consortium “Union for Good Governance” started the implementation of a functional analysis of the administration of the Commission for Personal Data Protection, including:

• planning and preparation, actual implementation and completion of the functional analysis;
• monitoring and review of the implementation of improvement measures according to the functional analysis, including drafting a plan for change management; drafting proposals for a new organizational structure; improving the mechanisms for measuring the performance of the administration and implementation of its goals and the performance results; updating the existing and/or drafting new legal and administrative documents, such as regulations, instructions, etc.; and conducting an one-day training of the managerial staff of the Commission for Personal Data Protection for coordination and control over the implementation of the new organization of the daily activities.
