On the round table “Implementation the Electronic Document and the Electronic Signature in the Judicial System”, organized by the Supreme Judicial Council, was presented analysis of the legal framework into force and the specific needs and requirements of the judicial system in relation to the implementation of the electronic document and electronic signature.
The event is held in relation to the project “Renewed Information Systems for a better service. Electronic Justice Legislative Framework”, in connection to OPAC’s programme.
